Project Management Apprentice

Salary: £17,500 (2 Year Contract)
Level 3
Location: Nottingham

Role Purpose

Please note anyone who holds a degree or similar qualification in this apprenticeship subject will not be eligible.

This is an exciting role working alongside experienced transformation colleagues to identify and deliver successful change projects.
 
It involves working collaboratively with other departments globally to deliver projects effectively, profitably and in line with Ideagens strategy. This apprenticeship program is designed to provide you with practical experience, training, support and mentoring to aid your development in the field of project management and change, 
  • Annual Salary - £17,500 (2 Year Contract)
  • Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days at home
  • Estimated start date - September 2024
  • English and Maths GSCE desirable
  • Skills day - 13th February
  • Qualification - Level 3

Responsibilities

 
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver successful transformation projects within Ideagen 
 
- Supporting the wider team to plan, commence, execute, and complete assigned projects
 
- Completion of specific tasks within a project
 
- Provide updates on the progress of the project 
 
- Completing discovery analysis to identify opportunities to improve Ideagen's performance and profitability 
 
- Gain an understanding of how to keep projects documentation and tools up to date 

Skills and Experience 

- A genuine passion and enthusiasm for delivering change and a keen interest in project management 
 
- Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail

Finance Apprentice

Salary: £17,500 (2 Year Contract)
Level 2 or 3
Location: Nottingham

Role Purpose

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Finance Apprentice to join our finance team at Ideagen. As a Finance Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced finance professionals and gain valuable insights into financial processes, reporting, and analysis. This apprenticeship program is designed to provide you with practical experience and support your development in the field of finance

  • Annual Salary - £17,500 (2 Year Contract)
  • Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days at home
  • Estimated start date - September 2024
  • English and Maths GSCE desirable
  • Skills Day - 13th February 2024
  • Qualification - Level 2 or 3

Responsibilities

· Support with the Input of  financial data into our accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
· Help manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and collections.
· Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
· Assist with expense tracking and reporting, ensuring adherence to company policies.
· Gain an understanding on how to use Excel and other financial tools to perform data analysis and create reports.
· Support with general administrative duties as needed, such as filing, document management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
· Any other duties as outlined by your line manager

Skills and Experience

· Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
· Effective communication skills.
· Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

IT Apprentice

Salary: £17,500 (2 Year Contract)

Location: Nottingham

Role Purpose

This is an great opportunity for someone passionate about IT to join Ideagen as an Internal IT Apprentice. You will work within our IT team focusing on the support and development of our business systems and the service desk. The role involves working within a cloud first based environment and supporting users who are located across the globe across all aspects of IT. 
 
The role will encompass working with technologies including Telecommuncations, Client computers and endpoint management, Server and cloud infrastructure as well as Office365 & Azure AD.
  • Annual Salary - £17,500 (2 Year Contract)
  • Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days at home
  • Estimated start date - September 2024
  • English and Maths GSCE desirable
  • Skills Day - 13th February 2024

Responsibilities

  • Assist with monitoring and diagnostics of IT systems to identify potential problems. 
  • Support with identifying and resolving malfunctions within systems. 
  • Playing a role in a team developing and installing new hardware or software to update and improve the functionality of systems. 
  • Liaising with outside suppliers or developers to ensure the most effective hardware or software for the company’s needs. 
  • Gain an Understanding of how o create accurate system schematics, documentation and plans. 
  • Learn how to assist with building system resilience to prevent system failures. 
  • Assist with post-acquisition integration of users and systems. 

Skills and Experience

  • An enthusiasm to work with computers, networks, cloud technologies etc.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and convey ideas precisely.

Project Services Apprentices (3 openings)

Role Purpose

This is an exciting opportunity to join Ideagens Service Delivery on a Rotational apprenticeship! You will rotate around our Project coordination team, System Configuration team as well as Professional Services working with our customers across the globe to help Ideagen make sure our customers are getting the most value out of our products.

Service delivery at Ideagen is makes sure our customers get what they need from their technology, whether that is setting it up, adjusting the software to fit their wants and needs, and helping to answer any questions they may have.

  • Annual Salary - £17,500 (2 Year Contract)
  • Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days at home

  • English and Maths GSCE desirable

Responsibilities

- Learning how to support the planning of a project 
- Helping to deliver customer requirements working with other areas of the business.

- Gain an understanding in how to plan, organize and manage resources to deliver outcomes
- Develop skills which will enable you to report on data and trend analysis
- Learn how to use project management tools
- Create good relationships across the business.

Data Protection Apprentice

Salary: £17,500 (2 Year Contract)
Level 4
Location: Nottingham

Role Purpose

Please note anyone who holds a degree or similar qualification in this apprenticeship subject will not be eligible.

This is a great opportunity to gain a solid understanding of compliance and privacy in practice.  You will gain lots of hands on experience to learn and shape a career in data protection or information security.  
 
You will develop over time a working knowledge of data protection processes and compliance requirements to enable the development of the privacy compliance framework to enable Ideagen's privacy stance to be measured and monitored more closely.
 
  • Annual Salary - £17,500 (2 Year Contract)
  • Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days at home

Responsibilities

- Work collaboratively with the compliance team in the delivery of providing continuous improvement advice and support to the business to ensure that the business maintains and improves with the levels of compliance.
 
- Carry out tasks as directed to support the annual audit schedule including setting up internal audit meetings with internal stakeholders across the business.
 
- You will learn how to maintain the Data Protection Register to enable data to be collated so that insights and reporting can be achieved.
 
- Provide ideas and suggestions on ways of working and changes that could be made to improve compliance measuring and monitoring

Responsibilities

- Learn how to support email marketing automation creation and scheduling of marketing email campaigns
- Support on the creation of marketing campaign in Pardot and Salesforce
- Gain an understanding on the creation of segmentation lists, campaign structure - content mapping, lead management workflows.
- Working with the Pardot and Marketing Automation Specialist to optimise and streamline processes
- Support the marketing teams with marketing automation requirements.
- Support the creation and set up of campaigns and initiatives
- Collaborate with the necessary teams to implement campaigns
- Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure automated campaigns achieve Ideagens goals

Role Purpose

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to become involved in an in-house legal role. The successful candidate will be working alongside a number of lawyers to support the delivery of the in-house legal functions.
 
The role is designed to provide training, support and mentoring along with hands-on experience within a growing in-house legal function

  • Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days at home
  • Estimated start date - September 2024

Responsibilities

- Assisting the legal function generally with key administrative and project management tasks
 
- Supporting the wider legal function and working collaboratively towards achieving the legal functions' objectives and tasks
 
- Interacting and supporting the wider Finance team and other department functions within Ideagen 
 
- Assisting and completing specific task relating to legal document management, record-keeping, reporting
 
- Analysis and problem solving under the supervision and with the guidance of the wider legal team
 
- Dealing with legal enquiries from the wider business with supervision and guidance of the wider legal team
