Sales Enablement Apprentice

Salary: £18,000 - 2 year contract
Level Level 2 or 3

Join us as an apprentice and gain valuable hands-on experience while working on real projects with our clients and internal teams.

As part of our team, you'll have the chance to learn about and help with a variety of tasks in Sales and Marketing operations.

You’ll work closely with our experienced professionals, learning from Revenue Operations Strategists and Sales Enablement Specialists. You'll also get the opportunity to interact with people at all levels, including senior leaders, to help improve our sales strategies. We offer a dynamic and supportive environment where your contributions will make a real impact.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow their skills in systems like CRM (Customer Relationship Management), data analysis, and marketing software. You’ll get to work with some of the best tools in the business, like Salesforce, and learn how to manage databases and reporting systems. This is a fantastic chance to develop a strong foundation for your future career!

Responsibilities

  • Help our Sales team with key projects that improve how we work.
  • Learn how to manage and optimize marketing and sales software.
  • Work on improving our CRM system (Salesforce) to support the company’s global needs.
  • Analyse sales and marketing data to find useful insights and make recommendations.
  • Maintain and update our data systems to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Focus on finding long-term solutions to improve processes.

As a Marketing Events Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of a wide range of events, from corporate conferences to exciting product launches. You'll be working closely with our marketing team to ensure every event runs smoothly and delivers an unforgettable experience for our attendees. This is an entry-level role perfect for getting hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of event marketing.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistical support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event concepts and promotional strategies.
- Help manage event budgets, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within allocated resources.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, invitations, and social media content, to promote upcoming events.
- Handle event registrations and attendee communications, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.

As an IT Support Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in providing effective and reliable technical support to your colleagues across the business.

Whether it's troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring and installing new systems, or offering hands-on training and support, you'll be at the heart of ensuring our operations run smoothly.

No prior technical skills are necessary, as we provide comprehensive training; however, a strong interest in technology and a basic understanding of Windows operating systems and computer hardware are essential.

You'll have the opportunity to learn from some of the brightest minds in IT and collaborate across various teams including Infrastructure & Technical Solutions and Cyber Security.

Responsibilities

- Assist staff with 1st line technical support issues through our service desk, over the phone, or in person.
- Follow documented processes and procedures from our internal knowledge base to ensure consistent support.
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software to keep systems running efficiently.
- Document interactions and resolutions on our service desk to maintain a seamless support experience.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT hardware and software to ensure resource availability.
- Provide remote support for users in locations across multiple time zones, ensuring continuity of service.
- Collaborate with other members of the IT Team to deliver projects and tasks, while regularly reporting on progress.

Skills and experience

Ideagen is on the lookout for a talented Graphic Design Apprentice to join their busy and versatile Design Studio Team.

You will be required to create designs, digital and print collateral, from internal stakeholder briefs and adhering to brand guidelines, and commercially contribute to the delivery of a strong and consistent brand identity, creating effective communication materials that attract and engage with our audience.

You will be reporting to the Team Lead and working closely with the designers, videographers and motion graphic artists. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your design skills within a committed and talented team.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the creation and development of design concepts for various projects.  
- Collaborate with team members to produce design solutions that meet client requirements.  
- Support the design team in preparing presentations and proposals.  
- Conduct research to stay current with industry trends and incorporate them into design projects.  
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute design ideas.  
- Help maintain the organisation and updating of design files and resources.  
- Respond to feedback and make necessary adjustments to design work. 

Skills and Experience

 - A strong interest in design and a desire to pursue a career in the field.  
- Basic knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is preferred.
